Cookie Policy
This page explains the cookies and similar browser storage VFR Connect uses, why we use them, and how you can control them.
Our approach
We keep this simple: VFR Connect always sets the essential cookies needed to make the app work and keep it secure. Anything optional — such as analytics — is only used if you accept it on the cookie banner shown on your first visit. We do not use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking, or third-party profiling.
You can change your choice whenever you like, or clear this storage from your browser.

Customers posting a repair job do not need an account, so no sign-in storage is set unless you log in as a contractor.
What we do not use
No advertising or retargeting cookies, no social media pixels, no cross-site tracking, and no selling of browsing data. Any usage figures we look at are aggregated and do not identify individuals.
Managing your preferences
You can block or delete cookies and site data at any time from your browser settings. In most browsers this is under Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies and site data, where you can also clear data for a single site.
- Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Third-party cookies / Site data
- Safari: Settings → Safari → Advanced → Website Data
- Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data
- Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions
Blocking essential storage will sign you out and prevent contractor login, job unlocks and Stripe checkout from working. Posting a repair job as a customer will still work.
Third-party providers
Stripe may set its own cookies during payment, governed by Stripe's privacy and cookie policies. Our hosting and backend providers may set strictly necessary cookies for security and availability.
